Personal data we process

You cannot leave any personal data on this website: there are no forms, and no visitor data is collected or analysed. If you contact us by email or phone, we only use the details you share (such as your name, email address and phone number) to answer your question and to carry out any collaboration.

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors younger than 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children. If you believe we have collected personal information about a minor without such permission, please contact us at nils@makeenergywork.com and we will delete this information.

How long we keep personal data

Make Energy Work does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as required by law (for example the tax retention period for invoices).

Sharing personal data with third parties

Make Energy Work only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies

This website does not place any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. Fonts, images and videos are loaded from our own server. Links to other websites, such as YouTube and Instagram, are subject to the cookie and privacy policy of those parties once you visit them.

Viewing, correcting or deleting your data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Make Energy Work, and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to processing, to nils@makeenergywork.com. We will respond as quickly as possible, and within four weeks at the latest.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

How we protect personal data

Make Energy Work takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The website uses a secure connection (https). If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at nils@makeenergywork.com.
