The content is about people who are leading the way and new ideas that change the world. The organisation consists of 10 employees, divided over an editorial staff, a customer care department and a marketing and sales department. What was missing was a healthy \u2018flow\u2019 within the company. The number of subscribers didn\u2019t grow fast enough. The recruitment of both commercial and substantive relations was strained. And new projects didn\u2019t get off the ground quickly enough.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nThe energetic start scan indicated that The Optimist scored far below the required target values on many energetic values.<\/p>\n<p>In consultation with Roland Pluut and Brian de Mello, the following objectives were drawn up:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to strive for better cooperation<\/li>\n<li>to strive for a proactive working posture<\/li>\n<li>to strive for more subscribers and commercial relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Make Energy Work had started the energetic change progress in January 2020. The continuation phase was successfully completed in February 2021. Currently, Brian de Mello himself provides guidance to the renewed, healthy energy within the company. The latest measurements proved to be outstanding.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Result<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nIn the stabilisation phase, cooperation was significantly improved. Brian\u2019s colleagues noted that the atmosphere had become much better (more relaxed) than a year before. Brian de Mello put it like this: \u2018We have experienced Nils as a highly skilled partner. Nils and Monique are engaged and motivated professionals who have guided us well. At first, we didn\u2019t know what to expect, but after some time we noticed that everything went more fluently and smoothly than before. Under the slogan \u2018happy people create a happy world\u2019, visitors to the festival are inspired and challenged to be the best version of themselves. The organisation consists of 10 permanent employees and a group of 50 permanent volunteers for work on site. Despite the fact that ticket sales had been running well for years, the organisation lacked a healthy \u2018flow\u2019. A positive mindset would allow the company to generate more cash flow, making it easier to engage volunteers with the festival.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nIn consultation with Sarah Schr\u00f6der, the following objectives were formulated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to strive for a successful festival with a vital energy,<\/li>\n<li>to strive for balance in leadership and more scope for project delegation;<\/li>\n<li>to strive for more visitors and an increased turnover;<\/li>\n<li>to strive for a healthy cash flow in order to engage volunteers with the festival more easily;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the beginning of 2020, Nils started the energetic change process. The results speak for themselves.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Result<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSarah Schr\u00f6der: \u2018I have experienced the collaboration with Nils as very pleasant. Because of the corona crisis, the festival turned out to be very different from the years before, making it difficult to draw a comparison. But the results we\u2019ve achieved are striking. Nils played a major part in this.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>The results at a glance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>significant improvements were made in the energetic values of the festival site in June 2020, enabling positive developments to take place;<\/li>\n<li>firstly, in July 2020, the municipality gave the green light to a \u2018light version\u2019 of the festival (250 instead of 500 visitors), after it had been blown off in April as a result of the corona crisis (many other festivals were removed from the agenda completely);<\/li>\n<li>ticket sales were reasonably well despite the fear of the coronavirus: The weekend was sold out and the following days were visited very well;<\/li>\n<li>the cash flow was sufficient to pay all volunteers;<\/li>\n<li>the cooperation with the municipality was pleasant and seamless;<\/li>\n<li>it was easy to recruit sufficient volunteers;<\/li>\n<li>the volunteers felt relaxed and took their work very seriously;<\/li>\n<li>the energetic dome (holon) above the festival site, laid out by Nils, was a very pleasant experience; many of the visitors reported that they liked the \u2018energy\u2019 at the festival site and could even pinpoint where the \u2018protection\u2019 began;<\/li>\n<li>the lake was free of blue algae this year and the surrounding flora and fauna were better balanced;<\/li>\n<li>the 2020 edition of the festival went without calamities as opposed to the years before.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"modal-footer\"><button class=\"fusion-button button-default button-medium button default medium\" type=\"button\" data-dismiss=\"modal\">Close<\/button><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;margin-bottom:0px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;--awb-sep-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:left;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"font-size: 26px; line-height: 1.2; --fontsize: 26;\" data-fontsize=\"26\">From stagnation to vital energy on estate De Denneboom, Schijndel<\/h2>\n<p>Estate De Denneboom covers a monumental villa from 1854, a historic farmhouse and a vast nature reserve of approximately 21 hectares. The historic farmhouse \u2018De Dennenboomsche Hoeve\u2019 serves as a meeting place for visitors, but is not profitable. But the more solid the idea became, the greater the counter-effect. People living near the estate took their case before the Council of State to put an end to the redevelopment plan. The financier of the crematorium backed out. And the bank ended the payment delay and issued a notice of foreclosure. Everything turned against Thom van Rijckevorsel. At the beginning of 2019 ECOintention was approached to make a change.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nIn consultation with Thom van Rijckevorsel, the following objectives were drawn up:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to strive for a vital, healthy energy on the estate;<\/li>\n<li>to ensure the smooth implementation of the re-development plan in order to make the estate profitable;<\/li>\n<li>to aim for the partial exploitation of the estate by a funeral home for the development of a natural cemetery and crematorium with a designated meadow to scatter ashes;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By mid-2019, the energetic process of change was started by Nils Tabois and Willem Vlasveld.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Result<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAt first Thom van Rijckevorsel was skeptical about the process, but as the change process took shape he became more and more enthusiastic about the results.<\/p>\n<p>The results at a glance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in August 2019, the atmosphere on the estate changed radically thanks to the positive effect of the ECOintention method; the closed, distressing energy was removed, paving the way for healthy, revitalised energy;<\/li>\n<li>in September 2019, the case brought to the Council of State by neighbouring residents was decided in favor of Thom van Rijckevorsel: all objections were dismissed;<\/li>\n<li>at the very last moment, the foreclosure of the estate was fended off by the bank;<\/li>\n<li>and a new operator was found with well-funded redevelopment plans,<\/li>\n<li>not long after, the municipality gave the green light for the realisation of the redevelopment plan;<\/li>\n<li>Thom van Rijckevorsel was able to look forward to the future with confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"modal-footer\"><button class=\"fusion-button button-default button-medium button default medium\" type=\"button\" data-dismiss=\"modal\">Close<\/button><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;margin-bottom:0px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;--awb-sep-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:left;\"><h2>The ECOintention method over the years<\/h2>\n<p>Make Energy Work uses the ECOintention method. This method has been developed by the Centre for ECOintention. Over the past 25 years, the method has been successfully applied to various domestic and foreign companies in different industries.
